You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use Titanium on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
When you purchase Titanium, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.You may not resell, share, or distribute Titanium. Doing so will likely get your access terminated.
You are responsible for keeping your account, license, device, and access credentials secure. You may not share your license or allow unauthorized users to access Titanium through your account or device.We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, sharing, chargebacks, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, or activity that harms Titanium, its users, or its infrastructure.
Titanium may update automatically or require updates to continue working. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time.We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, compatibility with every system, or that every feature will work forever.
You agree not to use Titanium in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.You are responsible for how you use Titanium and for any consequences that result from your use.
All prices, subscription terms, and included access periods are shown at or before purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product, license, or service has been provided.
Titanium, including its software, design, branding, name, logo, website, services, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Titanium Softworks or its licensors.All rights, title, interest, copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to Titanium remain the exclusive property of Titanium Softworks or its licensors.Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Titanium or any related intellectual property to you. You only receive the limited license described in these Terms.You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on Titanium, except where permitted by applicable law.
Titanium is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titanium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software or services.
