Refund Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026 This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Titanium, including digital software access, licenses, subscriptions, updates, and related services.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable once access to Titanium, a license, subscription, digital product, update, or service has been provided. By purchasing Titanium, you acknowledge that you are buying digital access that may be delivered immediately after payment.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

Refunds are not available after buying, except where required by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where:
  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer want the product.
  • You failed to read the product description, requirements, or policies.
  • Your system, account, platform, or environment is incompatible.
  • You were suspended, banned, or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • You shared, leaked, attempted to resell, or abused the product.

3. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Because Titanium is a digital product, access begins immediately after purchase. Where applicable, by purchasing and accessing Titanium, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory withdrawal right once access begins.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, your license and account access will be suspended or terminated while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or repeated disputes will result in permanent termination.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support with proof of payment. Duplicate charges may be reviewed and corrected where verified.

6. Technical Issues

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact support and provide enough information for troubleshooting, such as your account name, product, version, error message, and relevant logs or screenshots. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
